Dandy Store 84 Grand Opening in Corning, NY

Dandy is excited to announce the Grand Opening of its new store in Corning, NY on 137 E. Pulteney Street, across from the Corning Museum of Glass. Operating seven days a week from 5:30am to 11pm, the store serves as the ultimate convenience destination for Corning Inc. employees and residents of the city.

Dandy acquired the building, formerly known as Black’s Auto Service, and has renewed the original structure. Customers will find familiar pizza and deli menu items, as well as fresh ground coffee, fountain soda, and Dandy Ice. In addition, the store’s gas canopy has five fueling stations with the latest dispensing technology.

“We are excited to operate this state-of-the-art facility and to provide the value of convenience for our customers. The store concept will focus on food service, technology, and the overall customer experience,” said Dyson Williams, Vice President of Dandy.

“I am delighted that we are able to create more relationships within Corning’s community as we expand Dandy’s reach in the Twin Tiers of New York and Pennsylvania.”

The store will be participating in Dandy’s long-standing community initiatives, such as the annual Dandy Pink Cups campaign, supporting the Guthrie Breast Care Fund, as well as the Dandy Canes campaign each December, which benefits local non-profits selected by the store’s management and staff.

Dandy is a family-owned convenience store chain, specializing in made-to-order food and drinks, with over 60 locations in the New York and Pennsylvania.
