In Summer 2025, Watkins Glen International raceway proposed an agreement with Dandy to construct what is now referred to as the Official Convenience Store of Watkins Glen International. In a moment’s notice, our TEAM renovated an old recycling building into an authentic Dandy, offering a full selection of center-aisle products, food service, tobacco and a chilled walk-in Beer Cave featuring Anheuser Busch products. We were able to provide convenience for thousands of people in attendance to watch professional race-car driving throughout the NASCAR Cup Series.

The Trackside Dandy was fully operational for the IMSA Sahlen’s Six Hours of the Glen event of the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series in June. Campers and race goers expressed their love for the convenience store located in section H1 of the grounds of the Schuyler County road course. Additional events which the Trackside Dandy operated for include the SVRA Hilliard U.S. Vintage Grand Prix and NASCAR Go Bowling at The Glen.

The most skilled and reliable members of TEAM Dandy store employees were offered the chance to work at the Trackside Dandy during summer events at WGI. We are extremely proud and grateful for the support those individuals dedicated.

Dandy has committed to a contract extension of the business license for another four years. We look forward to this partnership at the most attended venue in the Finger Lakes region of southern New York State.
